At Critter Crate, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
Eligibility for a Refund
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Some types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods or personalized items.
Time Frame for Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a refund. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.
Process for Returning Items
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds may be due to a delay in processing by your bank or credit card company.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
